Single Subject Study (Community Access Program)

The Community Access Program (CAP) opens up study opportunities so that everyone has a chance to experience the benefits of expert tuition at the University of Melbourne. CAP allows you to enrol in single subjects that are part of the Bachelor of Arts without committing to studying the whole degree.

CAP provides an excellent opportunity if you:

• have the desire to learn something new
• have wanted to study but have had to postpone it for various reasons
• want to advance your career
• are a student at the University of Melbourne or another tertiary institution and you wish to pursue an interest outside your current academic program
• want to enhance your academic record
• want to explore a potential area of study before making a commitment to more intensive study
